PIXEL SAUCE / GETTING STARTED
Your mockups.
Meet Photoshop.
Install the plugin, sign in with your purchase email and open your first mockup.
Version 0.4.28 · CCX installer
Desktop Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud required.
Current verified setup: Photoshop 2026 (27.5 or later) on macOS. Windows setup is not yet verified.
Use the email you paid with.
The bundle + plugin purchase includes plugin access. If you already owned the Whole Site Mockup Bundle, your plugin upgrade adds that access to your existing library.
Bundle only? Your mockups are available in the website library. The plugin is a separate purchase. An old library passcode is not a plugin sign-in code.
-
Install with Creative Cloud.
Save your work and fully quit Photoshop. Download the .ccx installer, then double-click it. Adobe Creative Cloud will open; follow its installation prompts.
Keep the file as .ccx. Don’t unzip it or open it as a Photoshop document.
Reopen Photoshop and choose Plugins → Pixel Sauce → Pixel Sauce.
-
Sign in inside the plugin.
Select Sign in and enter the email used for your purchase. Check your inbox for your six-digit Pixel Sauce code.
Click a code box and paste the full code with Cmd+V on Mac, or type the six digits. Then select Sign in.
You don’t need a password or a website sign-in. The code expires after 10 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam, confirm your email or use Resend code once the countdown finishes.
-
Download your first set.
Search for a garment or filter by brand and category. Select Download on the set you want.
When prompted, choose a library folder on your computer with plenty of free space. Keep it somewhere you can find again. Downloads, extracted originals and working copies all use disk space.
The progress panel shows the download and extraction. One download runs at a time. You can cancel it; completed downloads stay in your library. Trying again starts a new download from the beginning.
-
Choose a view. Start designing.
Once the download finishes, select Choose a view, then Open new copy beside the front, back or other view you need. A colour-library PSD appears in its own group when the set includes one.
The plugin opens a fresh working copy with the set’s supporting files. Keep those supporting files with your working copy.
Save your design with Photoshop’s Save As command. To continue later, reopen that saved PSD. Selecting Open new copy again starts another fresh copy of the original.
Need a hand?
I signed in, but the plugin is locked.
Check the email shown in the panel. Use Switch account if your purchase used another email. Bundle owners who haven’t bought the plugin can follow the upgrade button. If you have just paid, select I’ve purchased — refresh access. If your purchases use different emails, contact support before buying again.
The installer opens in Photoshop or won’t install.
Open Adobe Creative Cloud, then try the .ccx installer again with Photoshop closed. Install it through Creative Cloud, rather than Photoshop’s File → Open menu. If you see an error, note the exact message and contact support. Adobe’s external-plugin installation help covers installer errors.
The download failed or I cancelled it.
Check your connection and free disk space. Try the set’s Download button again, or Retry if it is shown. The new attempt starts from the beginning. Don’t delete your completed library to retry one set. If the same set keeps failing, send support its name and the error message.
How do I update the plugin?
Return to this page for the current installer. Save your work and fully quit Photoshop before installing an update. Keep your library folder and working copies. If Creative Cloud shows duplicate installations, or the panel is blank, contact support before deleting plugin folders.
Can I still use the website library?
Your bundle’s website access is separate from plugin sign-in. Open the website library and follow the access instructions supplied with your bundle. If you have an older access PDF, keep it. You don’t need to enter that PDF’s passcode in the Photoshop plugin.
Send your purchase email, order number, Photoshop version, operating system, mockup set name and a screenshot of the problem. Never send a sign-in code or password.
